At Eco Green Supplies, our policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund of the purchased item.

We do not offer returns on purchases for sanitation and hygiene reasons.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send our team an email at support@ecogreensupplies.com.au with pictures, order number and tax invoices sent from us.

At Eco Green Supplies we don’t accept returns/refunds if you simply “changed your mind”. We reserve the right not to offer same purchased item exchange where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
